Digital Rez has a great video training area specially designed for our new Software as a Service users built right into the user interfaces. We also have a fully working test area where you can train your staff members or they can train independently at any time of the day, remotely or while they are at work.
Also, directly from the user interface, you can access the comprehensive help system by clicking on the question mark on the right hand side of a panel on any page. The help opens in Pdf form, print ready for reading offline if desired. The video and pdf's will grow as more and more features are added to the system and all included in the low monthly fee with no long-term contracts

Digital Rez has a great new support website with videos and information just for you It is a great way to teach new employees and to reinforce procedures with existing staff members.
This new support website is full of FAQ's, how-to videos and step by step walkthroughs of the most commonly used features in RezExpert. This can also be used for training purposes or for troubleshooting issues that may arise. Remember to also press the question mark symbol on each panel within RezExpert in any of the console pages to access the "in-program" help related to that specific panel. The link opens a .pdf. More tutorials and tips are being added every week along with new features.
