RezExpert allows the setup and management of unlimited departments within its’ robust task and notes management system. Automated tasks can be set for housekeeping when clients check out.
Maintenance departments can be assigned tasks that need to be completed for specified units or areas of the resort. These tasks can be set or managed from a tablet device during the course of the day by simply updating the task as being complete. Managers and supervisors can then easily manage tasks and oversee the efficient running of the department.
Housekeepers can immediately report issues they see in a room that may need maintenance. When logged in to the system it can be automatically posted to the maintenance department to be attended to. Maintenance can do the same if they see anything in a room that needs the housekeeping department’s attention.
