Normal standard operating procedures have to be followed such as:

  • Checking in/out guests in a timely manner
  • Performing daily cutoffs/ end of day
  • Have GL’s fully setup
  • Applying appropriate payments on the reservation

These basic mandatory procedures are crucial to the accuracy of reporting. As mandated by management we cannot troubleshoot any reporting issues and any report requests you may have will not be looked at until the data for your business is brought up to date.
